Make This Meeting a Text turns meeting notes into a brief. There is no account and no separate database of users. This page says where the text goes.
What is sent to the model
Transform, Interview, and Notion import send the text you submit to Anthropic's API (Claude) so it can write the brief. That includes pasted notes, an optional context field, interview answers, and the text of a Notion page you import. We do not send that text to any other model provider.
Anthropic's API terms say they do not use API inputs to train their models by default. How long they keep API logs is their policy, not something this site controls. Anthropic's privacy policy is the source for that.
What the server logs
A successful model call writes one log line: the route name, the model name, token counts, and an estimated cost. That line does not include your notes. If a reply cannot be parsed, the server may log a short snippet of the model output so the failure can be fixed.
The per-minute rate limit keeps the requesting IP in memory on that server for about a minute. The daily request cap stores a hash of the IP, not the address itself. Notion tokens are stripped out of error text if they appear there.
Share links
A share link stores the brief (the title and the eight sections) in a private file store. The original notes are not stored in that record. The link works for 30 days, then the record is deleted. Anyone with the URL can read the brief until then. Share links are unlisted: they are not in the sitemap, and crawlers are asked to skip /s/.
The browser that creates the link keeps a delete token in its local storage and can remove the link sooner. There is no account to recover that token. If it is cleared, the link still expires on its own after 30 days.
Saves in this browser
Library saves stay in this browser's local storage. They are not uploaded, and they do not follow you to another device.
Notion tokens
The integration token is sent to Notion to read the one page you name. It is not saved on the server, not written to logs, and not sent to Anthropic. Only the page text is sent to the model. The token stays in the form on this device until you leave or refresh.
