Terms
These are the terms for using Make This Meeting a Text. They are written in plain language on purpose.
The tool
The site is free. There is no account. You can paste notes, run the interview, import a Notion page, fill the template by hand, and keep copies in this browser. We can change, pause, or stop the service. When the daily AI budget is used up, the sample brief and the manual template still work.
Your notes
You are responsible for what you submit. Do not paste material you are not allowed to send to a third-party model provider. What gets sent, logged, and stored is described on the privacy page.
The brief
A model writes the brief. It can be wrong, incomplete, or a poor fit for your team. Read it before anyone treats it as an assignment, a deadline, or a decision. This site is not legal, medical, financial, or employment advice.
Share links
A share link is readable by anyone who has the URL. It stores the brief, not your original notes, and it lasts 30 days. The browser that created it can delete it sooner with a token kept in that browser. Do not share a link if the brief itself is confidential.
No warranty
The site is provided as-is. We do not promise that it will be available, accurate, or fit for a particular purpose, to the extent the law allows that.
